Qualifications

• 45 working hours weekly with rotational shifts
• SPM or Diploma in related fields
• Prior experience in warehouse operations preferred
• Strong leadership and cross-department collaboration
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) encouraged

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Sorting Centre operations, including receiving, sorting, and outbound activities
• Involved in scheduling, staffing, workflow management, and monitoring of key performance metrics
• Coordinate with manpower provider and internal operations teams
• Ensure SLAs are met through general management, while coaching/training staff
• Provide daily data reports and identify improvements to reduce bottlenecks and enhance efficiency
