Job summary

Megatop Sdn Bhd in Johor Bahru is seeking proactive sales professionals to develop new customers and pursue project opportunities in the construction and building materials sectors, including travel for meetings and site visits.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of sales experience or fresh graduates with strong sales interest; excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and follow up with customers; and own transportation.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and follow up with customers.
• Own transportation and willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in construction, building materials, epoxy/PU flooring, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and identify potential project opportunities.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and tenders.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Actively follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and customer follow-up.
