Job summary

Randstad Malaysia seeks a Domain Mastery Solution Architect to lead end-to-end ICT solutions for carrier and enterprise clients. You will drive cross-functional design across RAN, access, transport, cloud, and platform layers while coordinating with pre-sales teams.

The role requires proven bid/pre-sales success, PoC demonstrations, and strong CAPEX/OPEX modeling skills, aligning technical delivery with strategic business outcomes.

• Customer Engagement & Pre-Sales: Drive technical consultations, roadmap workshops, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), product showcases, and high-value bidding activities.

• Network Evolution: Formulate mid- to long-term technology roadmaps to guide client network modernization and digital transformation.

• Pre-Sales to Delivery Alignment: Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure proposed designs align seamlessly with actual delivery capabilities.

• Portfolio Projections: Provide cross-domain technical clarifications and conduct annual CAPEX and revenue projections across the solution portfolio.
