Job summary

Surechem Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an experienced instrumentation and electrical solutions engineer to bridge customer requirements with engineering delivery across projects.

You will work closely with customers, propose technical solutions, coordinate site surveys, installation, testing, and handover, and travel to client sites for meetings and training as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Instrumentation, Electrical & Electronic or related fields.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, automation, and control systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and perform basic wiring/design work.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Willing to travel and perform on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Provide instrumentation, engineering, electrical, and automation solutions based on customer requirements.
• Develop new accounts through prospecting, customer visits, meetings, and business development activities.
• Understand customer requirements, conduct site surveys, and propose suitable technical solutions.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Provide customer training, technical support, and project handover documentation.
• Travel to customer sites for meetings, training, installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
