Job summary

Our client, a global leader in construction and engineering solutions, seeks an experienced engineer/sales professional to build relationships with consultants, architects, contractors and project stakeholders. You will identify opportunities to introduce engineering products, software and services and support the sales team to convert specifications into opportunities.

You will conduct technical presentations, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and promote software tools, digital resources

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering.
• 4-5 years of engineering design experience or 3-4 years in technical sales/business development in engineering/construction.
• Experience with structural consultants, engineers, or architects is advantageous.
• Strong English communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, proactive and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with engineering consultants, architects, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to introduce and specify engineering products, software, and services.
• Conduct technical presentations, seminars, and training sessions for customers and industry professionals.
• Secure product specifications and approvals on targeted projects.
• Support the sales team in converting project specifications into business opportunities.
• Manage and track project activities and specifications through CRM systems.
• Provide technical advice and engineering support to customers and internal teams.
• Promote the use of software tools, digital resources, and technical services.
• Participate in project meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Support marketing and product initiatives, including product launches and campaigns.
