Job summary

You will connect physical control infrastructure with digital capabilities to enable client transformation and adoption across drives, PLCs, and SCADA platforms.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation product marketing, technical sales, or solution consulting.
- Willingness to travel to client engagements.
- Own transport required.

- Formulate and execute product marketing plans for integrated automation offerings (drives, motion control, PLCs, HMI/SCADA, software suites).
- Provide technical solution consulting and architecture advice for unified hardware and software requirements.
- Align with principal vendors on market demand and regional commercial strategies.
- Partner with sales teams to identify new segment pipelines and support complex solution sales.
- Gather customer feedback to optimize hardware and software solution packaging for key markets.

Formulate and execute product marketing plans for integrated automation offerings, including drives, motion control, PLCs, HMI/SCADA, and software suites.
Provide technical solution consulting and architecture advice for unified hardware and software application requirements.
Align regularly with principal vendors on market demand, emerging technology trends, and regional commercial strategies.
Partner with sales teams to identify new segment pipelines, conduct market enablement, and support complex solution sales.
Gather customer operational feedback to optimize hardware and software solution packaging for key target markets.
Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or Computer Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation product marketing, technical sales, or solution consulting.
Strong domain knowledge across industrial hardware (drives, power, components) and software platforms (PLCs, SCADA, industrial networks).
Strategic mindset with proven ability to bridge technical concepts into commercial value for sales teams and clients.
Possess own transport and willingness to travel outstation for client engagements and principal meetings.
