Job summary

Avanade in Malaysia seeks a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead end-to-end CRM delivery across CE/CRM modules and Power Platform. You will design, build, test, and maintain CRM solutions, guiding client teams and Avanade delivery groups through project phases from planning to go-live.

The role requires deep D365 CRM expertise, hands-on architecture experience, and the ability to coordinate global/offshore teams, drive presales efforts, and develop reusable assets.

Qualifications

• Min 12 years of total working experiences.
• Hands-on experience with D365 Customer Experience (CE) / Dynamics CRM across Online/On-prem modules & PowerApps solutions.
• Familiarity with Across CRM Modules including Customer Services, Sales, Marketing.
• At least 2 full cycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE or Dynamics CRM.
• Experience in presales / building proofs of concepts (POC).
• Experience with regional projects; preferrable Japan or Australia.
• Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS environments.
• Experience leading teams with global/offshore delivery.
• Developing & deploying business apps with Microsoft Dynamics Power Platform.
• Core skills: C#, SQL, .Net, D365, CRM SDK, CRM Plugins, PowerApps, PowerBI, Flow.
• Relational database concepts knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and design CE / D365 CRM solutions across Online/On-prem modules and Power Platform.
• Guide Avanade delivery teams through Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test phases.
• Coordinate client interactions to ensure outcome-driven delivery.
• Contribute to presales activities, POC development, effort estimation and proposals.

As a Biz Apps CRM Solution Architect, you’ll be considered a learned professional that applies your subject matter expertise to design and implement CRM solutions for our clients across all phases of Avanade’s projects. You will be responsible for working with clients and leading Avanade delivery teams in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining CRM solutions. Further, you are likely a great manager with vast CRM experience. You understand the nuts and bolts of CRM systems and, more importantly, you know how to connect with clients and lead a team to reach its goals. Key Responsibilities

• Work with clients and lead Avanade Across Pillars in planning, designing, building, testing, and maintaining Customer Engagement (CE) / D365 CRM solutions - across Online/On-prem Modules & Power Platforms

• Lead and review your team's work across all phases of Avanade projects (e.g., Plan, Analyze, Design, Build and Test)

• Lead technical technology and design teams to ensure consistent, beneficial client interaction, and solution delivery

• Design and enable conceptual architecture and technical solutions

• Liaise effectively between customers, IT staff, and business partners to ensure high-quality and timely resolution of customer issues

• Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and test the quality of projects

• Improve your clients’ business by identifying potential challenges and supporting continuous improvement through their CRM system

• Contribute to presales activities, build on Proof of Concepts (POC), including solutioning, effort estimation, and proposal development, ensuring alignment with client business needs

• Manage capability planning for the team, identifying skill gaps and aligning training or hiring needs to meet future demand

• Develop reusable solutions, frameworks, and assets to accelerate delivery, enhance quality, and enable knowledge sharing across teams

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and bring best practices into solution design
