Job summary

Vodafone Group in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Solution Architect to design and validate complex multi-tower opportunities, focusing on SSE, SASE, WAN, and network security. You will engage customers and stakeholders to define roadmaps and translate requirements into concrete architectures.

You will work with account teams, implementation, and network operations to deliver end-to-end proposals, produce detailed design documents, and provide technical guidance across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and validating complex IT solutions for enterprise customers.
• Ability to map customer requirements to SSE/SASE and WAN solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What You’ll Do

With us you will…

Be responsible for providing technical support for complex multi tower opportunities, where it is accountable fordesigning and validating the solution design for these opportunities.

Key Accountabilities

• Engage new and existing Customers (Business & Technical Stakeholders) to define the roadmap of theorganization for managed security services, network automation, Software Defined services strategy based ontheir existing setup and infrastructure
• Engage with customers on specific opportunities - opportunities will typically be tailored or repeatable solutionsaround Secure Service Edge(SSE), Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), WAN, and managed network services.Lead and front complex customer opportunities
• High level and low level technical implementation across SSE & SASE based solutions. (Zscaler, Cisco, Fortinetor other similar technology)
• Responsible to develop close working relationships with customers working with Account team,Implementation, Customer Service and Network Operations staff
• Providing technical advice & support for transactional in-life business requirements
• Working closely with other cross functional teams to produce a comprehensive end to end solution proposal forcustomer requirements
• Produce customer specific high & low level design documents covering end to end solution proposals

Who You Are

We need you to have…

Ability to undertake detail solution design & implementation in two or more of the following areas:

• SDWAN and Wide Area Network WAN Services (1)
• Secure Service Edge (2)
• Secure Access Service Edge (3)
• Network security (4)
• Network Automation & Scripting (5)
• IT/Telecoms background and experience
• Network Scripting and Automation background

Deep technical knowledge and hands on implementation of one or more of the following:

• SSE, SASE, Software Defined WAN, Network Automation
• Can do attitude
• Solid track record of complex solution positioning into the Enterprise sector
• Self-Motivated and highly passionate Individual able to work independently
• Good Presentation and documentation skills
• Zscaler certified (ZTCA, ZDTA, ZDTE, ZDXA) (Preferred)
