Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in solar system maintenance or installation.
- Proficiency in electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with solar panel technology and associated equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and protocols in an electrical environment.
- Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or solar technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repair of solar photovoltaic systems.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical and mechanical problems with solar equipment.
- Install and commission new solar panel systems according to specifications.
- Monitor system performance and generate reports on efficiency and output.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards during all operations.
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform necessary repairs to minimize downtime.
