Job summary

GetSolar is a fast-growing energy fintech in Kuala Lumpur delivering rooftop solar Rent-to-Own solutions. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for residential leads, handle inbound inquiries, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for the sales team while assisting with preliminary solar designs.

We seek 1–2 years in sales or customer service, strong English and Bahasa Melayu, and comfort with a phone-based role.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required.
• 1–2 years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in a phone-based role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs/Slides/Sheets).
• Fluent or proficient in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin a plus.

Responsibilities

• Fielding and managing inbound calls and messages.
• Conducting discovery and qualification calls to identify top-of-funnel leads.
• Pitching Rent-to-Own solar offers and driving conversions to advisory calls.
• Assisting in the preparation of rooftop solar designs and proposals for potential clients.
• Managing appointment scheduling for sales associates to conduct advisory calls or site surveys with clients.
• Supporting the sales team with new initiatives to enhance the sales process and improve customer experience.
• Handling ad-hoc projects as needed to support the team.
