Job summary

Pathgreen Energy is seeking a Logistics Executive in Malaysia to plan, coordinate, and monitor movement of materials for solar PV projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, proper documentation, and cost-effective transportation while complying with safety and ESG standards.

The role requires 2+ years in logistics, strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English, and proficiency in Excel/ERP systems. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, transportation, or project coordination.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in construction, engineering, renewable energy, solar PV, or project-based industries is a plus.
• Fluent Bahasa Malaysia and English; good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, transportation coordination, and logistics documentation.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate transportation of materials, equipment, and project items to site locations.
• Schedule deliveries per project timelines and site requirements.
• Coordinate with Project, Procurement, Warehouse and other departments for material availability.
• Prepare and manage logistics documentation and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor transporter performance and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with policies, ISO requirements, and safety guidelines.
