AQ Energy (Max Bell Sdn Bhd) is seeking an Intern, Logistics & Inventory to support the logistics team by coordinating equipment shipments, performing real-time data entry for inventory tracking, and handling essential documentation for solar projects.

The role requires pursuing a Diploma in Logistics, SCM or Business Administration, plus strong attention to detail, basic Excel skills, and professional communication. You will work in an office and warehouse environment in Selangor, Malaysia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking deliveries of solar panels, inverters and mounting kits.
• Support communication between transport providers and on-site teams.
• Maintain inventory system and update stock in real-time.
• File and organize Goods Received Notes and Delivery Orders.
• Record and scan serial numbers for high-value solar assets.
• Participate in weekly inventory counts to reconcile data.
• Check incoming shipments for transit damage or discrepancies.
• Compare pricing from suppliers for cables and connectors.
• Ensure safe storage of solar equipment according to standards.

The Intern, Logistics & Inventory is to supports the logistics team by assisting with the coordination of equipment shipments, performing real-time data entry for inventory tracking, and managing essential documentation to ensure smooth operational flow and accurate asset records for solar projects.

Key Reponsibilities / Tasks

• Assist in tracking the delivery of solar panels, inverters, and mounting kits to project sites.
• Support communication between transport providers and on-site teams to ensure on-time arrivals.
• Maintain the inventory system by updating stock levels for panels, inverters, and batteries in real-time.
• Handle the filing and organization of Goods Received Notes (GRN) and Delivery Orders (DO).
• Record and scan serial numbers for all high-value solar assets to ensure accurate project records.
• Participate in weekly physical inventory counts to reconcile system data with warehouse stock.
• Assist in checking incoming shipments for transit damage or quantity discrepancies.
• Help compare pricing from different suppliers for cables, connectors, and other fast-moving items.
• Ensure all solar equipment is stored safely according to moisture and heat-sensitivity standards.

Requirement
