Job summary

JT Green Tech SDN BHD is seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our engineering team in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role focuses on coordinating engineering projects, monitoring schedules, and supporting procurement, documentation, and compliance tasks.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of project coordination experience, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office and project management tools. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and MS Project.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare weekly and bi-weekly project progress reports.
• Track project schedules, deliverables, and outstanding tasks.
• Liaise with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Analyze and support Solar PV monitoring and technical performance.
• Assist in documentation and compliance (JSA, MOS, PTW, etc.).
• Support handover, administration, procurement and logistics.
• Contribute to continuous process improvements and ad-hoc tasks.
