Job summary

Malakoff is seeking a Project Engineer/Project Manager (LSS5+) for the Project Management Services Department in Perak. The role focuses on leading and coordinating large-scale solar (LSS5+) projects from development through construction and commissioning.

The contract is set for two years, with potential renewal based on project needs and performance. Responsibilities include overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover, ensuring timelines, budgets, and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related engineering disciplines.
• 3–5 years for Project Engineer in utility-scale solar or related infra projects; 7–10 years for Project Manager with leadership in utility-scale solar or energy projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee execution of LSS5+ solar projects from engineering to completion.
• Coordinate planning, scheduling, technical execution, and site activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigations.
