Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale solar project management and construction.
• Proven experience managing projects of 30MW and above.
• Hands-on experience with local permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the construction of large-scale solar projects.
• Ensure project execution is on time and budget.
• Manage grid connection and ensure compliance with local grid standards.
• Negotiate contracts with EPCs and subcontractors.
