Job summary

AQ in Shah Alam is offering an Internal internship in Logistics & Inventory to support the logistics team with coordination of equipment shipments, real-time data entry for inventory tracking, and handling essential documentation.

You will track deliveries of solar panels and accessories, liaise with transport providers, update stock levels, and help maintain asset records to support solar projects.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Eagerness to learn in a solar energy setting.
• Willingness to handle office and warehouse tasks.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tracking deliveries of solar panels, inverters, and mounting kits to sites.
• Support communication between transport providers and on-site teams.
• Update the inventory system in real-time and manage stock levels.
• File and organize GRN and DO documentation.
• Record serial numbers for high-value assets.
• Participate in weekly inventory counts.
• Check incoming shipments for damage or discrepancies.
• Compare supplier pricing for cables and connectors.
• Ensure solar equipment storage aligns with moisture/heat standards.
