Responsibilities
- Independently develop ERP system test plans and solutions.
- Organize and review test requirements, and design, write, and execute test cases.
- Conduct functional, interface, stability, performance, security, and compatibility testing for software products.
- Maintain data related to automated testing tools and scripts.
- Use automation testing tools and frameworks such as Robot Framework and Appium to improve testing efficiency.
- Familiar with performance testing and proficient in using JMeter, understanding its working principles and implementation methods.
- Proficient in interface testing methods and commonly used tools.
- Analyze, report, and track issues identified during testing to ensure timely resolution.
- Summarize and analyze test results to provide data support for product release decisions.
- Familiar with the development process and testing procedures of medium and large-scale software projects, with experience in Agile development environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Communications, Electronics, or related fields.
- Living in Malaysia for a long time.
- 1+ years of experience in software testing or automated test scripting.
- Familiar with software testing methods, tools, and processes, and experience in test case design.
- Use AI‑assisted tools and solutions across the software testing lifecycle to significantly improve delivery efficiency.
- Maintain and optimize automated testing frameworks such as Playwright and Robot Framework to improve test stability and reusability.
- Perform API, performance, security, and compatibility testing; analyze findings and isolate root causes.
- Contribute to test data construction and management to support AI model validation and regression testing.
- Proficient in interface testing and automation testing tools and frameworks (Robot Framework, Appium, Postman, JMeter).
- Proficient in at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Java, or JavaScript) with basic database knowledge.
- Able to work independently, adept at summarizing, and possess strong documentation skills.
- Strong observation and analytical skills, with hands‑on capabilities and a proactive approach to technical research.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; fluent in written and spoken English; can speak Mandarin (required for cross‑border team collaboration).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) is a plus.
- Experience with manufacturing, supply chain, ERP, and data analytics systems.
