Job summary

Aspiro Sdn Bhd is seeking a Software Engineer – Team Lead with strong C# or Java experience to lead a small team, build reliable solutions and translate business needs into real-world applications.

You will own end-to-end delivery, mentor engineers, and drive automation while exploring emerging technologies and AI tools to continuously improve development.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development experience.
• Experience in C# or Java – Must Have; hands-on coding and team leadership.
• Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team.
• Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and REST APIs.
• Experience with SQL and Git/Bitbucket.
• Ability to communicate with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with .NET, RPA or automation platforms is an advantage.
• Exposure to Copilot, Gemini or other AI development tools is an added advantage.

Own It End-to-End – Take solutions from requirements and design through deployment and production support.

Build & Enhance – Develop reliable applications using C# or Java.

Lead & Grow the Team – Mentor engineers, review code and champion development best practices.

What We’re Looking For

6+ years of software development experience

Strong hands‑on experience in C# OR Java – Must Have

Experience leading or mentoring a small technical team

Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns and REST APIs

Experience with SQL and Git/Bitbucket

Able to communicate directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions

Experience with .NET, RPA or automation platforms is an advantage

Exposure to Copilot, Gemini or other AI development tools is an added advantage

This role ideal for a hands‑on engineer ready to combine coding, technical ownership and team leadership.
