Job summary

Exact in Ipoh is seeking a hands-on Lead Software Engineer to mentor a growing development team in a collaborative SCRUM environment. You will drive sprint delivery, contribute to system design, and ensure code quality and performance.

You will guide a team, work with stakeholders across the company, and foster best practices. The role is hybrid, based in Ipoh, with opportunities for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in .NET development with team leadership exposure.
• Solid understanding of clean code, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Experience with unit testing, APIs, code reviews, and Azure DevOps (CI/CD).
• Familiar with Agile/SCRUM ways of working.
