Job summary

AirAsia's technology hub in Malaysia, Bangalore, and Singapore is hiring software engineers to build and improve digital platforms, including websites, apps, and AI-powered features. Join a driven team working on scalable systems and modern UI with React or Vue, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and cloud services.

You will own technical aspects of our global infrastructure, review ongoing work, collaborate with product teams, and support cross-functional integration with third-party software.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Good academic records.
• Experience designing large-scale production systems.
• Ability to adapt to change with a positive attitude.
• Knowledge of Elixir/Java/Go/Dart is a plus.
• Experience building SPAs with React or Vue and interfacing with REST/GraphQL APIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical aspects of global technology infrastructure to maximize platform use.
• Review and monitor engineering work and ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Collaborate with product teams to integrate internal tech with third-party software.
• Provide triage and resolution support for platform-related issues.
