AirAsia Berhad is seeking a product-focused leader to drive backlog for customer support, merchant support, and back office systems, delivering a device- and channel-agnostic experience for customers and merchants.

Ideal candidates have a degree in CS or engineering, 6+ years in product management with at least 3 in the role, and strong API, microservices, and cloud skills. Prior travel/ecommerce experience is a plus and you will guide agile teams toward value-driven delivery.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field.
• 6+ years total experience with minimum 3 years in Product Management.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO.
• Experience managing high-traffic ecommerce sites (≥500k visitors/day).
• Strong knowledge of APIs, microservices, data science, UI/UX, JavaScript and/or Python.
• Good understanding of cloud platforms (prefer Google Cloud).
• Solid grasp of Agile processes and leadership skills.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualize, define and deliver product backlog for multiple AirAsia domains.
• Lead agile teams, create clear requirements and stories.
• Plan feature backlog, roadmap, and release plans maximizing value.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage backlog grooming.
• Research market and users to inform product direction and roadmaps.
