Job summary

AirAsia is seeking a motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Enterprise domain. You will design, develop, and maintain critical applications powering internal and external operations, collaborating with product managers and stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable software solutions.

You will work with Node.js, React.js, Angular, C# (.NET), and Python, while applying best practices in code quality, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–3 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React.js, Angular, C# (.NET), and Python.
• Solid understanding of Git and branching/merging strategies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, GitHub, Jenkins, etc.).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure) and virtualization (Docker, VMware).
• DevOps mindset; Docker/Kubernetes/OpenShift experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop software solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with product to understand requirements and ensure integration.
• Champion best practices in code quality and reviews.
• Prioritize security and performance in application design.
• Mentor junior engineers and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
