Job summary

Grand Arena Automotive Sdn Bhd in Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan is seeking a proactive Social Media Specialist to create daily content across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will plan campaigns, manage paid ads, engage the online community, and report insights to optimize ROI.

The role requires strong writing, a solid understanding of trends and tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Suite, and a collaborative spirit to uphold brand identity. Local applicants preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Strong written and verbal communication with knowledge of social media trends and content strategy.
• Hands-on experience with graphic design tools and visual design principles.
• Familiarity with social media management platforms and performance analytics.
• Strong time-management, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Analytics & Reporting: Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and present regular insight reports.
• Brand Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to maintain consistent brand identity, assist in content shoots, live streams, and ground events.
• Trends & Compliance: Research industry trends and competitors while ensuring content adheres to brand and legal guidelines.

What we're looking for

• Experience: Proven track record in social media marketing or communications (Fresh graduates welcomed).
• Content & Strategy: Strong written/verbal communication skills with knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content strategy.
• Design & Tools: Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and visual design principles.
