Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches and brand activities.
Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages. Handle general enquiries directly, and promptly elevate personal data, account, repayment or complaint-related matters to customer service or compliance instead of discussing sensitive information publicly.

Run structured content tests on hooks, thumbnails, formats, captions and publishing times, and document actionable learnings.
Support local media outreach by building media lists, maintaining media relationships, distributing press releases and coordinating interviews or content collaborations.
Identify and engage relevant Malaysian influencers, content creators and potential brand partners.
Monitor Malaysian social media trends, competitor activity, recurring user questions, scam-related misinformation and platform changes, and turn relevant insights into useful content opportunities.
Work closely with marketing, design, product, customer service and compliance teams to ensure external communications are accurate, brand-consistent, appropriate for financial content and delivered on time.
Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related field; candidates with a strong portfolio and equivalent hands‑on experience will also be considered.
2–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing or content production, with practical examples of independently planning, producing and reviewing content performance.
Hands‑on knowledge of Facebook, YouTube and Instagram, including their content formats, audience behavior and platform tools.
Strong content planning and copywriting skills, with hands‑on proficiency in AI‑assisted creative tools and platforms such as Canva, Adobe, CapCut or equivalent tools for generating, editing and refining social media images and short‑form videos.
Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio or similar analytics tools, with the ability to turn performance data into actionable content improvements.
Strong written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English, with the ability to create locally natural content for Malaysian audiences; Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
Demonstrates sound judgment when communicating financial products, including verifying product information and avoiding guaranteed approval claims, exaggerated disbursement speed, false urgency or other misleading statements.
Existing relationships with Malaysian media, influencers or content creators are an advantage.
Proactive, organized and comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines.
Strong communication, coordination and execution skills, with the ability to work independently.
Experience in consumer finance, technology, e‑commerce, internet or lifestyle brands.
Experience with basic paid social advertising, A/B testing or social campaign promotion.
Previous involvement in media events, press releases or brand PR campaigns.
