Job Description

Content Creation & Video Editing

• Plan, produce, and edit engaging social media content, including short-form videos (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
• Work with design teams to ensure creative consistency across visuals, captions, and motion assets.
• Stay on top of current social media trends, audio, and formats to keep content relevant and fresh.
• Repurpose long-form videos into bite-sized, platform-optimized clips.
• Leverage AI tools to support idea generation, scripting, captioning, and creative variations for social media content.

Campaign Planning & Execution

• Assist in developing monthly social media calendars and campaign content plans.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (design, and campaign teams) to ensure timely content rollout.
• Support paid social executions such as post boosting and audience targeting to increase content reach.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

• Monitor performance metrics (views, reach, engagement, conversions) across all channels.
• Analyze results to identify what type of content performs best and make recommendations for improvement.
• Apply data-driven insights to refine creative direction and posting strategy.

Community Engagement

• Monitor social channels for comments and messages, ensuring timely and professional engagement with followers.
• Identify user-generated content and trending topics to leverage for community growth.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

• Work closely with the creative, campaign, and analytics teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.
• Keep up with platform updates, new content tools, and creative best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Multimedia, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (internship experience acceptable).
• Proficient in video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Familiar with Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, and social media analytics tools.
• Familiarity or hands-on experience with AI tools for content creation and social media optimization (e.g. AI captioning, editing, trend analysis, or creative ideation tools).
• Strong understanding of storytelling, design aesthetics, and platform-specific content strategies.
• Data-driven mindset — able to interpret results and translate them into creative improvements.
• Proactive, creative, and organized, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
