Job summary

Atome Financial is seeking a Social Media Executive to plan, create, publish, and optimize content across Atome MY social platforms to grow brand awareness, engagement, and community.

You will collaborate with internal teams, designers, and KOLs to execute campaigns, monitor performance, and ensure content aligns with the brand voice and business goals. A fast-paced environment and multi-campaign management are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
• Strong understanding of major social platforms and their algorithms.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills in English (Malay and Chinese are an added advantage).
• Experience using scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Vista Social).
• Basic understanding of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or video editing tools is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly social media content calendars across Atome MY social platforms.
• Create engaging content, copy and work with designers to produce high-quality visual content.
• Publish and schedule content on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Threads.
• Manage daily community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Monitor social media trends, updates, memes, and viral content to identify opportunities for real-time marketing.
• Coordinate and manage influencer (KOL/KOC) collaborations, including briefing, content review, and campaign execution.
• Plan and execute social media campaigns, giveaways, and brand activations to increase engagement and reach.
• Track campaign performance using platform analytics and reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Analyze key social media metrics, including reach, engagement, follower growth, video views, CTR, and conversion performance.
• Support paid social campaigns by providing creative assets and monitoring campaign performance.
