Outsourced is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Manager to own the social presence for a growing FMCG portfolio. You will craft strategies, build brand voice and deliver bold, platform-native content across multiple channels.

You will manage calendars, publish engaging posts, and partner with influencers while tracking performance and driving growth for new and existing brands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in social media management, content creation and digital marketing.
• Ability to manage end-to-end social channels and campaigns.
• Strong copywriting in English and platform-native content skills.
• Experience with FMCG or consumer brands is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn for multiple FMCG brands.
• Create and edit platform-native content, including Reels, TikToks, Stories, graphics and short-form videos.
• Manage day-to-day channels, calendars, posting schedules and campaign budgets.
• Monitor comments and community interactions, identify growth opportunities and influencer collaborations.
