The role focuses on planning, developing, and optimising creative content across social channels and SEGi's website to engage students, parents, academics, and stakeholders. You will collaborate with students and teams to deliver compelling campaigns and measure performance to improve reach.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of written English; Chinese/Malay a plus.
• Ability to plan and craft engaging content for multiple channels.
• Strong storytelling and creative content development.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, write and create content such as short articles, social media captions, advertisement copies, and scripts daily.
• Plan, create and manage content on SEGi's website and social media platforms to highlight programs.
• Work with production team to create engaging videos and content for digital platforms.
• Collaborate with students and marketing/academic teams to align content with campaigns.
• Analyse performance metrics to optimise future content and strategies.
• Maintain a consistent online presence reflecting SEGi's values.
