Job summary

EducareerMY is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive focused on content and performance to grow presence across Malaysia. You will craft content for major platforms, edit short-form videos, and support lead-generation campaigns targeting Malaysian youths and parents.

The role requires Mandarin and English proficiency, content creation skills, and willingness to experiment with new ideas. Collaboration with recruitment will improve lead quality and drive conversions.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio or good content sense; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent Mandarin and English communication.
• Experience with social media content creation.
• Basic video editing using CapCut, Canva or similar.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads, TikTok, Xiaohongshu or AI content tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu
• Produce and edit short-form videos, Reels and creatives
• Write engaging captions, hooks and campaign copy
• Assist with Meta lead-generation campaigns
• Develop content around student stories, career development, Singapore opportunities
• Support seminars, events and promotional campaigns
• Monitor campaign and content performance
• Test new creatives, messages and marketing ideas
• Work with recruitment team to improve lead quality and conversion
