Pacific Grocer & Department Store Sdn. Bhd. – Petaling is seeking a Digital Content Creator (Social Media) to assist in planning marketing strategies and driving traffic to social channels.

You will create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and RedNote, shoot and edit videos, and manage posting schedules while monitoring engagement and performance. Requirements include at least SPM/STPM/Diploma, 1 year in digital content or social media management, familiarity with RedNote, good

• Experience in social media management and content creation.
• Familiar with popular platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and RedNote is a plus.
• Able to shoot photos and basic video editing.
• Able to interact with audience and create engaging digital content.
• Willingness to travel to selected outlets/states in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning marketing strategies to drive traffic and engagement to social media.
• Create content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and RedNote.
• Capable of shooting, creating video and editing for social media posting.
• Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
• Keep up to date with social media trends and tools to keep content fresh.
