Job summary

Hatfield Thistle Sdn. Bhd. seeks a creative Social Media & Content Marketing Assistant to grow Dāku Coffee Malaysia's presence across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu. You will plan content calendars, film and edit videos, and manage multiple platforms with daily community engagement.

The role requires 1–2 years in social media/content marketing, strong Chinese language skills, and proficiency with CapCut, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years' experience in Social Media, Content Creation or Digital Marketing.
• Proven experience managing Xiaohongshu (RED) accounts.
• Strong planning, photography, videography and video editing skills.
• Confident appearing on camera and creating engaging content.
• Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written) with good English communication.
• Familiar with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and Xiaohongshu trends and algorithms.
• Experience with influencer marketing is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly content calendars and social media campaigns.
• Create engaging content, including short videos, Reels, photography and lifestyle content.
• Manage multiple social accounts and engage the community.
• Handle full content creation from concept to publishing.
• Appear on camera regularly as a brand presenter.
• Support product launches, campaigns and events.
• Track performance and suggest improvements to boost engagement.
