Job summary

ZUS COFFEE in Malaysia is seeking a creative Social Media Content Coordinator to support planning and creation of content across Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Xiaohongshu and other channels. You will help with ideation, copywriting, storyboarding, photography, videography and short‑form video production.

You’ll assist in coordinating campaigns for product launches, store openings, seasonal promotions and brand collaborations, ensuring timelines and assets are aligned with the brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and creation of social media content for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Xiaohongshu and other channels.
• Assist with content ideation, copywriting, storyboarding, photography, videography and short-form video production.
• Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including new product launches, outlet openings, seasonal campaigns, promotions and brand collaborations.
• Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, creatives, and asset delivery.
