Job summary

Syncronetix Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Social Media & Admin Assistant to manage our social channels and provide administrative support for smooth daily operations.

You will plan, create, and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and more, write captions, engage with the community, and help with lightweight graphics and video edits using Canva and CapCut. The role is based at our Jalan Ipoh office in Kuala Lumpur.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Design or related field.
• Familiar with major social platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED).
• Prior experience in social media management or content creation is an added advantage.
• Basic skills in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video editing tools.
• Required languages: English and Mandarin; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Creative, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to learn; able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu (RED), and other platforms.
• Write captions and ensure content aligns with branding.
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community.
• Create basic graphics and short-form videos using Canva and CapCut.
• Monitor social media performance and suggest ideas to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay updated on social media trends and propose new content ideas.
• Perform other social media and content-related duties as assigned.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
