You will operate and maintain SMT equipment, perform setup and troubleshooting, and help ensure high-quality PCB assemblies for our consumer electronics products. This full-time role requires a Diploma or certificate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering and the ability to work day and night shifts every two weeks.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on SMT experience or similar role.
• Proficient with SMT equipment and PCB assemblies.
• Able to read technical drawings, schematics, and production documents.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented with effective communication.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain SMT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform setup, programming, and troubleshooting of SMT machines.
• Monitor quality of PCB assemblies and implement corrective actions.
• Identify production issues and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with production team to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for SMT processes.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies.
