Job summary

Seki Aoi Techno (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. in Melaka is seeking an SMT Technician to operate and maintain electronic assembly equipment, program universal machines, screen printers, SPI, reflow ovens, AOI and soldering systems.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot faults, provide 1st level PCBA support, analyze data to improve processes, and comply with ISO practices. Diploma holders in Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical engineering encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechatronic, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 1 year of experience in related field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Experience with electronic products and manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Computer literate and able to work under time pressure.
• Good Bahasa Malaysia and English communication.
• ISO knowledge is preferable.
• Experience with High Level Assembly and quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Work in the SMT Department understanding equipment operations.
• Program universal machines, screen printers, SPI, reflow ovens, AOI and selective soldering.
• Troubleshooting of equipment.
• 1st level support for PCBA production.
• Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of electronics manufacturing equipment.
• Identify and resolve equipment malfunctions with suppliers and field reps.
• Analyse data to identify systemic process and performance issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Check equipment regularly to ensure normal operation.
