Job summary

Norautron Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Penang seeks an experienced SMT Technician to develop, maintain, and optimize ASMPT programs for SMT production. You will set up and operate SMT equipment, including screen printers, pick-and-place machines, and reflow ovens, while ensuring accuracy and quality.

You will troubleshoot equipment, perform inspections, document changes, and collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to drive continuous improvement and ISO compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SMT experience with ASMPT programming.
• Experience with barcode laser marking machine operation and programming.
• Diploma or equivalent in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize ASMPT programs for SMT production.
• Set up and operate SMT equipment and related processes.
• Troubleshoot and maintain SMT and barcode laser marking machines.
• Collaborate with SMT engineering, quality, and production teams.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001.
