Job summary

Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad is seeking an administrative support role within a banking environment in Malaysia. The position involves preparing timely administrative and sales reports, and assisting with customer requests in the absence of sales officers.

You will ensure compliance with applicable bank rules and participate in handling Credit Applications within the business centre, while aiding BCM in tracking timelines for tasks and annual credit reviews of straightforward cases.

Qualifications

• Preferably with 1 - 2 year working experience in the financial services sector
• Computer Literacy
• Good command in English
• Performs well under pressure and handles multiple tasks simultaneously

Responsibilities

• To prepare various administrative & sales reports on a timely manner.
• To attend to customers’ requests/enquiries in the absence of sales officers.
• To comply with all relevant rules and regulations governing the Bank’s business.
• To attend to all administrative matters, including matters relating to Credit Applications, of the business centre.
• To assist the BCM in monitoring and tracking of timeline for various tasks and assignments.
• To assist in the processing of annual credit review of cases with lesser complexity.
