Job summary

Always Marketing (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Training Specialist to deliver product and soft skills training to clients and stakeholders, and to support new product launch events. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, business, human resources, information technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of training experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills.
• Possess project management skills.
• Able to analyze problems and provide strategies and solutions for improvement.
• Able to motivate and influence team members.

Responsibilities

• To conduct product/soft skills training to clients and stakeholders.
• To attend/support new product launching events.
• Able to drive training initiatives and projects assigned.
• Able to quickly learn new technology, practices, adjust based off market needs, and drive new and updated programs.
• Able to work as a team player and also independently with minimal supervision.
