Job summary

Jora Malaysia seeks a dynamic leader to oversee beauty outlets across Malaysia and Singapore and drive growth under the guidance of the Founder. Lead management teams, coach staff, and execute expansion strategies to deliver top-line profitability.

The role requires proven sales leadership, 5+ years in beauty/wellness, and 3+ years in management, with willingness to travel as needed. Only candidates with beauty industry experience will be considered.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Mandarin proficiency required.
• Willing to travel between branches.
• Min 5 years experience in Beauty, Wellness or Medical Aesthetic Industry.
• Min 3 years management experience.
• Proven sales and team leadership experience.
• Experience managing beautician, consultants or outlet operations.

Manage & Oversee multiple beauty outlets

REQUIREMENTS

Fluent in Mandarin and English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Willing to travel between branches when required

Min 5 years experience in Beauty, Wellness or Medical Aesthetic Industry

Min 3 years management experience

Proven sales and team leadership experience

Experience managing beautician, consultants or outlet operations

Strong business mindset and profit driven thinking

Strong execution, leadership and problem solving skills.
