Job summary

Hebe Clinic, an aesthetic clinic located at Bangsar and KLGCC Mall in Kuala Lumpur, is seeking passionate individuals to join its team. You will provide expert recommendations on aesthetic treatments, prepare post-treatment care, and lead a team to reach sales targets while delivering high standards of customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least SPM/O Level, strong personal sales and client relationship skills, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Melayu.

Qualifications

• At least SPM/"O" Level in any field.
• Strong in personal sales and client relationship management.
• Good communication in English and Bahasa Melayu; Mandarin is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales, Beauty Service, Customer Service, Skin Care or related field; newcomers are welcome.
• Able to work in a team or independently.
• Pleasing appearance and motivated for self and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare post-treatment medications and products, and give post-treatment care instructions.

• Manage clinic's day to day operations; and
• Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions professionally and promptly.

What we are looking for

• Candidate must possess at least SPM/"O" Level in any field;
• Strong in Personal Sales, client relationship management and sales oriented;
• Good communication skills (able to speak English and Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin will be an added advantage);
• At least 2 years of working experience in Sales, Beauty Service, Customer Service, Skin Care or related field will be prioritised for this position. However candidates without prior experience are welcome to apply;
