Sealy Malaysia is seeking a Sleep Advisor to guide customers through the Sleep First Class journey from showroom walkthrough to post-delivery follow-up. The role requires a minimum of 1 year in premium B2C sales, with fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and a professional, empathetic approach.

Base salary plus uncapped commission, performance bonuses, medical benefits, career development pathways, and staff discounts are offered. Weekend shifts are required, aligning with retail hours.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of proven B2C sales success in premium retail.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia required; local dialects welcome.
• Professional appearance and empathetic listener.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and conduct sleep consultations to recommend personalised solutions.
• Provide product expertise on mattresses, technologies, and warranty.
• Exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Follow up with warm leads and manage post-delivery coordination.
• Execute post-sales check-ins via phone/WhatsApp to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain showroom merchandising and keep materials organized.
