Job summary

Define Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a friendly and motivated Aesthetic Doctor to join our doctor-led team. You will conduct patient consultations, design personalised treatment plans, and perform aesthetic procedures within your scope.

You will maintain thorough clinical notes, participate in ongoing training, and contribute to educational content while upholding high standards of patient care, confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• Recognised medical degree with MMC registration.
• Annual Practising Certificate (APC) holder.
• Experience in aesthetic medicine is required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to clinic roster including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional patient consultations and assessments.
• Recommend personalised treatment plans.
• Perform aesthetic treatments within training, competency and scope of practice.
• Provide pre-treatment advice, informed consent and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records.
• Review patients and manage or escalate adverse events.
• Collaborate with consultants, therapists and clinic management.
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development.
• Contribute to educational and promotional content for the clinic.
• Maintain high standards of patient care, hygiene and confidentiality.

ABOUT DEFINE CLINIC

Define Clinic is a growing doctor-led aesthetic and skin clinic located in Publika, Kuala Lumpur.

We combine medical expertise and professionalism with a warm, approachable patient experience. Our focus is on ethical recommendations, natural-looking results and building long-term relationships with our patients.

We are looking for a friendly, confident and motivated Aesthetic Doctor who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and interested in growing together with our team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct professional patient consultations and assessments
• Recommend appropriate, personalised treatment plans
• Perform aesthetic treatments within your training, competency and authorised scope of practice
• Provide clear pre-treatment advice, informed consent and post-treatment care
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records
• Review patients and appropriately manage or escalated treatment concerns and adverse events
• Work closely with our consultants, therapists and clinic management team
• Participate in ongoing clinical training and professional development
• Contribute to educational and promotional content for the clinic
• Maintain high standards of patient care, professionalism, hygiene and confidentiality

REQUIREMENTS

• Recognised medical degree with full MMC registration
• Valid Annual Practising Certificate
• Some prior experience in aesthetic medicine is required
• LCP is an advantage but is not essential for the right candidate
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Friendly, confident and comfortable speaking with patients
• Passionate about aesthetic medicine and willing to continue learning
• Ethical, responsible and able to work within appropriate clinical boundaries
• A positive team player who works well with doctors, consultants and therapists
• Comfortable appearing in educational or promotional social media content
• Able to work according to the clinic’s roster, including weekends where scheduled
