Job summary

The Luxe Clinic in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a motivated Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing team. You will perform aesthetic treatments, assess client needs, and assist doctors while upholding the highest standards of hygiene and patient care.

Ideal candidates have a Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant, at least 2 years in medical aesthetics, and strong English/Bahasa Malaysia communication. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply and join our supportive clinic.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant required.
• Minimum 2 years of work in medical aesthetics; fresh grads welcome.
• Excellent customer service and hygiene standards.
• Proficient English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic treatments while delivering a warm, professional experience.
• Conduct skin, body, and hair analysis to recommend treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and supplies for doctors.
• Assist with medications, injections, IV therapy as prescribed.
• Maintain infection control, sterilization, and clinic hygiene.
• Monitor inventory of medical supplies and equipment.
• Record client assessments at registration and update records.
• Provide product/treatment recommendations based on client needs.
• Follow MOH regulations and ensure patient confidentiality.

Are you passionate about beauty and healthcare? We’re looking for passionate and motivated individuals to join our growing team as Aesthetic Nurse.

Your role

• Perform aesthetic treatments while delivering a warm, professional, and exceptional customer experience.
• Conduct skin, body, and hair analysis to understand each client’s needs and recommend suitable treatments.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and medical supplies to ensure doctors can perform procedures safely and efficiently.
• Assist with and administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and other nursing procedures as prescribed by the doctor.
• Maintain excellent standards of infection control, sterilization, cleanliness, and clinic hygiene.
• Monitor and manage medical supplies, equipment, and medication inventory.
• Record clients’ physical assessments accurately upon registration.
• Provide professional recommendations on products, treatments, and packages based on clients’ needs.
• Follow clinic SOPs, Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, and strict patient confidentiality requirements.

Who we are looking for?

• Candidates with Diploma in Nursing or Medical Assistant.
• Has at least 2 years of work experience in medical aesthetic field. Fresh graduates with interest in medical aesthetics are encourage to apply.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build genuine and lasting client relationships.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to hygiene, safety, and professional standards.
• Good clinical knowledge and understanding of aesthetic procedures and treatments.
• Able to communicate confidently in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage.
