Qualifications

• Previous experience as a beautician/beauty therapist is required

Responsibilities

• Follow up with customers after treatments and maintain good customer relationships
• Explain treatment procedures, aftercare and recommended home-care products where appropriate
• Assist customers with treatment packages, appointments and follow-up sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment and work areas
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are properly prepared before and after each session
• Maintain accurate treatment and customer records
• Work closely with doctors and the clinic team to ensure a smooth customer experience

About you
