Job summary

DXN Holdings Berhad invites applicants for a production team role focused on day-to-day operations and R&D exposure. The position emphasizes hands-on production, quality checks, and maintaining a clean work area.

The role supports senior staff in daily routines and aims to meet production targets while fostering a cooperative team culture inside the factory environment.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher is required.
• Certificate in baking or equivalent is preferred.
• Must be responsible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to communicate well and be tolerant with others.

Responsibilities

• Operate front/end production following instructions and quality checks.
• Assist R&D and daily routines within the production team.
• Maintain a tidy and safe working area at all times.
• Confirm process steps and product quality during operations.
• Support senior staff in daily frontline and end-line tasks to achieve production targets.
