Job summary

DXN Holdings Berhad in Malaysia's Kelantan is seeking a dedicated farm operations professional to monitor and drive daily farming activities. You will align schedules and budgets, coordinate staff, and report progress and material use.

The role requires a Diploma in Agriculture or related fields or at least 3 years of relevant experience with a certificate, and the willingness to stay at the workers' quarters on site during working days.

• Willingness to stay at the workers' quarters on site during working days is required.

• Monitor farm operations to ensure scheduled plans and budgets are achieved efficiently and on time; liaise with officers and managers and prepare work progress and material usage reports.

To monitor farm operations to ensure that scheduled plans and budgets are achieved efficiently and on time, liaise with officers and managers and prepare work progress and material usage reports.

Job Requirements

Diploma in Agriculture, Project Management, Science, Sustainability or related fields or at least 3 years of relevant working experience with a Certificate / STPM / SPM and must stay at the workers’ quarters at the site on working days.
