Job summary

DXN Holdings Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a hands‑on Aquaponics Project Executive to plan and design a commercial facility, and to own the end‑to‑end build and daily biological operations.

You will perform mass‑balance calculations, supervise and launch the facility according to the blueprints, and run daily biological activities with a focus on reliability, safety and team leadership. On‑site deployment and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Aquaculture, Biosystems Engineering or Hydroponics.
• Preferably 1–3 years of experience as a project executive, site supervisor, or coordinator in plantation, or aquaculture setups in Malaysia.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Highly organized and able to work in team and individual.
• Willing to be stationed on-site and have a valid driver's license.

• Plan and design commercial aquaponics facility.
• Execute mass balance calculation, i.e. daily feed inputs, expected ammonia production, and plant nutrient assimilation rates.
• Plan, supervise and launch facility as per planned blueprint specification.

• Own design‑to‑launch and run live systems, with direct impact!

• 1. To plan and design commercial aquaponics facility.
• 2. To execute mass balance calculation, i.e. daily feed inputs, expected ammonia production, corresponding nutrient assimilation rates by plants to prevent toxic spikes.
• 3. To plan, supervise and launch facility as per planned blueprint specification.
• 4. To monitor, supervise and run daily biological facility.

Job Requirements
