Job summary

Semangat Pintas Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Lead Surveyor to supervise surveying on construction sites in Sabah. You will lead setting out, levelling and establish survey control points to ensure accurate coordinates and elevations.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, coordinating with engineers and site teams, preparing survey reports and as-built drawings, and maintaining surveying equipment with proper calibration. Leadership and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant construction surveying experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and surveying equipment such as total station and GPS.
• Strong knowledge of construction setting out and survey procedures.
• Able to lead a surveying team and work independently.
