Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to set up and lead a new premix team, and to supervise premix and asphalt pavement works at multiple project sites.

You will coordinate paving equipment, premix deliveries and daily site activities, monitor quality, levels and thickness, and ensure progress aligns with schedules, including night and weekend shifts.

A valid driving licence and willingness to travel to different project sites are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in premix/asphalt pavement works.
• Familiar with paving, milling, tack coat, compaction and road works.
• Able to supervise paver, roller and site workers.
• Able to coordinate machinery, premix delivery and daily site activities.
• Monitor work quality, levels, thickness and site progress.
• Possess valid driving licence.
• Willing to work according to site schedule, including night/weekend works when required.
• Willing to travel to different project sites.
• Experience in road maintenance or airport pavement works will be an advantage.

Responsibilities
