TANJUNG MANIS CORPORATION SDN BHD is seeking a disciplined Site Supervisor (Civil) to lead civil infrastructure maintenance at airport sites, including pavement rehabilitation and general civil works.

The role focuses on airside operations, strict access controls, and coordinating subcontractors and heavy equipment to meet tight schedules while upholding Zero-FOD standards.

Formación

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of site supervision experience in civil infrastructure, asphalt/pavement roadworks, or general construction maintenance.
• Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints and understand material properties (asphalt/concrete).
• CIDB Green Card holder, own transport, and willingness to work night shift runway curfew hours.

• Maintain daily site diaries, track material usage and attendance, and report status to the Project Engineer.

We are seeking a highly disciplined and versatile Site Supervisor (Civil) to lead our site operations. This role focuses on Civil & Infrastructure Maintenance, handling both specialized airport pavement rehabilitation and general basic civil engineering projects.

Airport Airside Operations: Oversee specialized airfield pavement works including asphalt resurfacing, concrete slab replacements, joint sealing, and airfield rubber removal inside restricted airport zones.

Airfield Access & Security: Manage and coordinate the strict mobilization of sub-contractors, laborers, and heavy machinery into restricted airfield/runway zones under tight time windows.

Basic Civil Works: Oversee day-to-day general civil maintenance, including earthworks, drainage systems, structural brickworks, and concrete infrastructure.

Manpower & Crew Management: Lead, schedule, and coordinate site laborers, sub-contractors, and machine operators to ensure strict compliance with project timelines.

Quality & Safety Inspections: Conduct ground inspections to identify defects, enforce strict safety regulations, and maintain strict zero-debris cleanup (Zero-FOD policy) on active airport sites.

Progress Documentation: Maintain accurate daily site diaries, track material usage, log worker attendance, and report status directly to the Project Engineer.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical field.

Experience: 2-5 years of site supervision experience in civil infrastructure, asphalt/pavement roadworks, or general construction maintenance.

Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings/blueprints, understand material properties (asphalt/concrete), and execute swift repair solutions under tight timelines.

Prerequisites: Valid CIDB Green Card, own transport, and fully willing to commit to night shift runway curfew hours.

Added Advantage: Candidates capable of operating heavy machinery such as Lorries, Excavators, or Backhoes will be highly prioritized
